These terms are an agreement between you and Sahair Inc dba Vlight Extensions, a Florida corporation. By creating an account or purchasing the course you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18. Keep your login private; access is for one person and may not be shared or resold.

Purchase and access

Prices are shown in US dollars. After purchase you receive personal access to the course for as long as we offer it ("lifetime access"). Taxes may apply.

No refunds

Because the course is digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Intellectual property

All videos, materials and the Vlight name are owned by Sahair Inc or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning only. Copying, recording, downloading (except provided resources) or redistributing is prohibited.

Educational purpose and certification

The course is educational. It does not grant a cosmetology license. You are responsible for following the licensing, health and safety rules in your area and for results on your clients. Follow product instructions and perform patch tests.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
